At Serax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Serax packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, and include the provided return slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
